Job Description / Responsibility

• Conduct Risk Based (Process) Audit to identify control/process gaps in light of regulatory guidelines as well as bank's internal policy/guidelines/manual etc.
• Ensure that internal control & compliance division meets regulatory requirements and best practices at all times.
• Prepare audit report on time for sending to the branch/ division and executive summary for the management.
• Identify and report potential risk exposures within the bank and recommend mitigating controls to prevent or minimize such potential exposures.
• Conduct surprise audit as well as special investigation as and when required.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bangladeshi citizens having Masters in any discipline from a reputed university having no third division/ class or equivalent GPA in academic career.

• Age At most 30 year(s)
• Minimum Articleship (Course Completed). Knowledge Level, Application Level or Advance Level will get added advantage.
• Experience of Bank auditing, adequate IT knowledge and willingness to develop their career in audit.
• Working experience in Internal Control & Compliance Division would be given preference.
• Preferably working experience in Centralized Banking System.
• Excellent oral and written Communication skill in English and Bengali.
• Proficient in MS Office operation
• Age : Age limit should be within 30 years as of December 31, 2016. But age may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
