Pubali Bank Limited having largest online network in Private Sector Banking with 447 online branches is
seeking to recruit the following positions for its Marketing Division to guide its next phase of innovation
and growth:



1. Head of Direct Sales
Rank: Assistant General Manager/ Senior Principal Officer
Academic Qualification: MBA major in Marketing from a reputed University having 3rd division/ class.
Experience: a) Minimum 10(ten) years experience for Assistant General Manager.
b) Minimum 08(eight) years experience for Senior Principal Officer.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on 31-12-2016.


2. Business Development Officer (Direct Sales): 04 Nos.
Rank: Senior Officer
Academic Qualification: MBA major in Marketing from a reputed University having 3rd division/ class.
Experience: At least 02(two) years experience in direct sales.
Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on 31-12-2016.

3. Head of Brand
Rank: Assistant General Manager/ Senior Principal Officer
Academic Qualification: MBA major in Marketing from a reputed University having 3rd division/ class.
Experience: a) Minimum 10(ten) years experience for Assistant General Manager.
b) Minimum 08(eight) years experience for Senior Principal Officer.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on 31-12-2016.

4. Brand Development Officer: 02 Nos.
Rank: Senior Officer
Academic Qualification: MBA major in Marketing from a reputed University having 3rd division/ class.
Experience: At least 02(two) years experience in direct sales.
Age: Not exceeding 30 years.


The terms & conditions for the above posts are as follows:

• Experience in Bank, Multinational Company, Telecom Industry/ Pharmaceuticals in the similar work area will be given preference for all the above posts.
• Candidates having outstanding academic background in the renowned Universities/ Institutions will be given preference. In that case experience will be relaxed.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Selected candidates will be given regular scale of pay in the rank of Assistant General Manager/ Senior Principal Officer and Senior Officer as per Bank’s rules & regulations.
• Selected candidates in the rank of Senior Officer will undergo 01 (one) year probation period and after completion of the period, he/she will be confirmed in the service of the Bank.
